needs to be gone
i cant even look at this car, nothing but a money pit and dissapointment
Year: 1992 Model: LSL Color: Pearl white with black top Miles: Body-108,xxx Engine- 97,000 Trans- 100,000 Location: La Grange Park (west suburb of Chicago) Options: Leather, Sunroof, CD/Cass player AWD or FWD: AWD Modifications: ECUtune stage one, Resonator Delete, D/S Rotors Major service: Engine swap in Jan Maintenance Records: Since purchase of vehicle Transmission condition: crappy Glass condition: Great Type of tire and remaining tread: Putting on new rubber when new rim gets here. Interior condition: No stains, Slight wear on driver’s leather, HAVE ALL FLOOR MATS!! Body condition: Small dings and chips, Dent in drivers rear quarter, rear bumper sits low, hood sticks up a bit Known defects or problems: Engine is throwing knock, and cam position sensor trouble codes. Comments about the car: If nobody buys it, I’m putting a brick on the accelerator and letting it go into a ditch Asking price: tell me what its worth

do the ditch thing then part it out. atleast you will get some satisfaction out of it... and you will get some of your money back.

So...It needs a cam sensor, and it's running and driving?
**** man, that's a two bolt part swap. Find someone with a part car, get the part for liek 20 bucks, swap the thing out, and 15 mins later see if you really feel like sriving it into a ditch  Best of luck with the sale/repair

Considering this dude's post in the "first car" thread in General, it looks like this dude was assuming the SVX was a crotch rocket or something but was shocked by the mistake. Comparing it to a DSM is like...no.
So he's probably not gonna repair it. Here's hoping someone picks it up and saves it from its owner's fury.

Sad to see that kind of attitude taken with a car. Next time you decide to purchase a car do some research. I haven't had mine that long but had the radiator go on it, but I replaced it and happily driving it everyday. I knew what I was getting into and I am glad I did.
