Talking I have some newness to report

Hey All.

It's been ages since i have posted, thought i would mention some updates I have made with my SVX.

Last year i installed a JDM $eat (old news)
Last month replaced the Aus delivered 1992 eg33 (298000kms) with a 1994 JDM EG33 (50000KMS)

I just had to swap the ozzy polution gear over, also used the ozzy fuel rails and injectors and intake (wiring reasons)

The tourque difference is amazing, i get some awsome thrust now down low, something that previously i didnt have, the new motor accelerates much more smoothly aswel, its amazing how many horses had escaped the old motor.

I have also been running urathane front swaybar bushings with custom brackets with no real improvment i will be going back to stock in the next few months.

The car now has motorsport Drilled and slotted rotors with EBC greenstuff pads going on in about a week. Big improvment in down hill braking and a reduction in fade aswel.

All in all Im still very much in love with my car, more mods to come in future!!!
(I now have a motor i can rebuild!!!!!!)

Cheers,
Jake

Wow. Only 50k km on a 94 engine. Hardly broken in. Now you'll need some new Koni's or similar. To get the most out of the corners with all that new grunt.

haha, good to hear from you mate, i have not yet started saving or out much thought into the rebuild yet, i must estabilsh my career first, get myself promoted then i will move forward with the build, i have found a place in Canberra Australia who like dealing with "odd" and interesting cars, my firend had his soarar tuned there for over 400 KW at the rear wheels it is nuts.

anyhow, more will be said on this over the next couple of years

cheers,
Jake

how are the Greenstuff pads as far as dust? i have the Redstuff pads, and although the bite is great, they are dusty as hell.
