FS (Reno/NorCal): 17x9 Enkei RPF1's

For Sale: set of 4 Enkei RPF1 wheels, Brite Silver, 17"x9" +45 5x114.3, ~16 lbs each

Includes a set of nearly new (around 1000 miles on 'em) 245/40/17 Bridgestone RE-01R *and* the hard to find $150 set of RPF1 racing carbon centercaps.

Fits Subaru SVX and Mazda 3/Mazdaspeed 3, as well as rear wheels on the RX-8, and perhaps a few more (Miata?), but not an STi, or EVO... they don't clear the brakes... which is why I'm selling these to begin with (I'm putting large brakes on my SVX). Tires may be a touch wide to fit on the MS3... I don't have access to one to test, but most people seem to run 235 tires on these wheels for that car. My guess is you can get them to fit with a minor fender roll in the back if anything, but I digress to the knowledgeable folks in the MS3 community, I'm just a "Subaru guy".

Wheels are in immaculate condition, the only "blemish" is that there's some left over tape from the last set of wheel weights that I didn't get around to goo-goning off. No curb rash, no chips, even clean on the inside... they're in excellent condition.

New the wheels are over $1000, the tires over $700, the centercaps over $150, so I'm asking $1600 shipped anywhere in the lower 48 (I'm willing to knock off a little on the price to someone local). I may be willing to sell the wheels w/o tires at the buyer's request... let me know and we can work out a deal.

No interest in some nice wide and light wheels for the SVX?

Lots of interest here, just not $1600 worth.
Well to be more precise too many other things needed that take money.

Ditto for me too - it would have to be a lot closer to $1k for me to afford them right now.

For those willing to do, I believe these will clear STi Brembos with a 5mm spacer. Beautiful wheels, nice tires, glws.

Thanks for the kind words.

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure these wheels need much more than 5mm to fit the Brembos. I think the 17x9.5's get by w/ the 5mm and the 17x10's need 3mm... But the 17x9's probably need like an inch.

BTW: I am willing to split the wheels and tires. I've got use for the tires myself on my WRX since they're awesome tires for autocross. I'd be willing to sell the wheels w/o tires for $1000 shipped. But you'd still need to come up with a set of 225 to 255 width tires for the wheels... which is going to be around $500 for decent all-seasons. So, you could save some money over my $1600 asking price, but not much unless you've already got a set of tires sitting in the garage.

Very nice rims, definitely worth the money.

Mini-Hijack: I caught your thread on NASIOC about swapping STi knuckles into the SVX. Think you could post a thread up here to show your progress? I'm slowly working toward installing STi coilovers in my SVX, so any new info would be great to know.

Yeah, I figured I'd post up a thread here once I have some actual answers. So far I'm just still learning about how to make things fit... but I might as well put up what I know so far. Gimmie a bit to start a new thread.
