WTB Front and Rear Bumpers - local?

I know there is a Parts Wanted forum, but thought I'd try here first as shipping 2 bumpers around is going to cost more than they are worth.

Plus this NW forum has just been gathering dust since November so time for a fresh post anyway!

Does anyone in the northwest have a good condition front and/or rear bumper to sell? By "good" I mean no cuts or scrapes or things that would not be fixed with sanding and new paint.

Beyond that, I'd be willing to pay a bit more if they were in excellent condition and colored Claret.

This is probably a long shot in our area, but thought I'd give it a try.

There is a red '94 at the AAA auto wrecking in Kent. I am going there Monday to get the rear wiper motor. I will inspect the bumpers and let you know what I think of the condition, and I will ask about the price

The front bumper has been poorly repaired from a previous accident.
The Rear bumper is a little better.
I would keep looking... Sorry.

Troy, I still have the front and rear from my Claret. I will take a look at them tomorrow to see what kind of shape they are in.

Re: WTB Front and Rear Bumpers - local?

The rear bumper is got a gash on the corner, but the rest is ok.

The front doesnt have any bad blemishes, but does have a weird crease on the right corner.

Re: WTB Front and Rear Bumpers - local?

Thanks Rob!

My rear bumper that's on the car now is actually better than yours, big scratches in the same area but no gash.

Your front sounds pretty good. I was hoping for something 100% perfect (other than paint), but it would definitely be an upgrade over mine that has cuts and deep scratches in it.

I'm still debating whether to just use the Stevesby fiberglass front bumper I have too. Tough decisions!

Not that I have any money for a paintjob any time soon anyway though.

Ok, let me know what you decide its not going any where.
I'll try and check back her more often. Right now I'm armpit deep in 2 wiring harness's, integrating a EJ into a EA for my RX.
