swell it's 10;30 and we are dead on the road waiting for AAA.
Guess it was more than the battery. We must send our regrets. Guess we will camp in our yard by the pool and eat fish sticks. Almost the same. Minus the comraderie. We are hoping the tow truck driver will take the cantalope, watermelon, cherries, and corn on the cob we have loaded in the car!!! Ahhhh. Car trip adventures!!! here we are throwing in the towel on highway 410.
 and being delivered back home in defeat...  looks like a bad alternator, which seems unlikely as it was just rebuilt the beginning of the summer. But stranger things have happened. Time for a beer and reflection.

Thanx again for the food, fun and friendship. We had a great time, too bad our visit had to be cut short. We made it to our nieces house with two minutes to spare.
