Waterfall Grille Lights

Found this mod done by the previous owner while doing my timing belt. Both light bulbs were burnt out, replaced and this is what it looks like.

The guy wired the 12v feed directly from the A/C fuse , so they stay on whenever the car is on. Im going to rewire but I thought id post pics first. Looks mean I think. The guy bore two holes evenly on the rear and used a universal pop in bulb socket.

Here is a link to a video file I uploaded from my computer of a lighted SVX waterfall grille with lights flashing in a sequential pattern.

It is a .wmv file, so I couldn't attach it to the message.

Click here to download it from sendspace http://www.sendspace.com/file/bcd6y8

Re: Waterfall Grille Lights

what would be sexy...
a bunch of LEDs of w/e color, behind the middle grille, mimicking an RPM gauge. starting with the middle at 0 or idle, and going out left+right as RPMs rise, having the last few on either side marking the redline

too much?
