new sticky: SVX specs FAQ?

I was wondering if there might be some interest in starting a "sticky" post that has a list of not-normally-published SVX specifications. For instance, intake and exhaust valve diameters, exhaust pipe IDs, stock wheel offset, measured weight of people's cars, cross-reference between parts (eg, Pathfinder front brake pads = SVX front brake pads), weights of any other parts such as exhaust, trannys, wheels, tires, seats... I would envision it as a sticky thread in the Mod Mania and Technical Forums with a single post listing the specs. Specs could be submitted to one of the admins who would recompile the list when new specs are submitted. What do you folks think?

It's not a bad idea, but I'd rather that it was a document in the How-To locker.

Yeah, the "How-To" locker idea has merit...who's going to keep it current? I'm guessing that the "sticky" method would maintain itself?

Do you actually own an SVX? Nothing SVX related 'maintains itself.'

How about you and I work on compiling the information in an Excel spreadsheet and post in the How-To locker?

Sounds good to me. I can write what I have measured. If people have measurements where should they send the data? Can we add info source and date of submission to the spreadsheet? Convert the spreadsheet to PDF for posting so everyone can access it?

i'd like to see a FAQ for answers to all the usual questions so there isn't so much repetition......

my e-brake light won't go out!
why only 2 positions for the tilt steering wheel?
i get no heat from my upper vents!
why are there two antenna leads?
what does the 'MANUAL' button do?
what does the 'POWER' light mean?
there's a vibration when i brake!
how do i clean my yellow headlights?
why are my wheels on backwards?
why does it groan when i'm turning?
how do i clean this here ecsaine?
why does the color yellow cause Randy to get violent?

and so on.....

I can keep it current. Get it to me and I will convert to a pdf file, and post in the How-To Locker.

Many of those are there if people search or go through the personal lockers. It's just that people are often times lazy and can't type a couple of words to find the right information.

Also, a good source might be to read the owner's manual. There are some interesting stuff in there.
