hey why don't you ever show up to the warren county meets, it ain't too far from you for pete's sake!
OUCH! Come on now...I may be receeding a bit but I have no bald spots! ...yet.

I never seem to have time these days. I am working a second job to help pay the bills and I'm too tired to go out on nights I have off. That and I need work done on the SVX before I am comfortable taking it on drives longer than a few miles. The wheel bearings are really, really bad now and I have visions of them bursting into flames whenever I drive on the highway. The mile to work each day is no biggie. It's is also overdue for inspection and driving the main roads to get to a meet would be a little chancey for me.

After I get it inspected and repaired (needs exaust also) I will make time to stumble on over to a Warren Coounty meet. I may have to hook up with John really soon to do a bearing replacement with him if he has the time. I am hoping to do it in the next weekend or two. I really need to contact him about a good time (unless he reads this first and answers me).

I miss you guys and really want to hook up again soon.

I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.

Fun part is that the Ford wagon has a tranny that is about to die that I feel even less safe in. It goes into gear when it fels like it. Never know when it will decide to just sit there looking even more stupid then Fords do normally.

Yes you Ford lovers out there, I hate every rubbery inch of the POS called Taurus. Never cared for any Ford I ever drove. I'm happy for you if you like them but you can keep them.

hm.. i haven't been able to drive the svx any faster than 80mph for a couple months, but back in the day some good, hard drum&bass would always get me feeling aggressive..

The opening bars of "Green grass & high tides" by The Outlaws'll get me 0-100, & Chris Issac's "Go walking down there", will get me through a few small counties in rapid fashion.
