Jiminy freakin crickets, that thread has spread like a wildfire. Lets hope the buyer wasn't making up a story. I wouldn't be surprised if it was true, but I personally don't think anything other than an urban legend will come of this.

Wow! That has got to be the wildest thread I've ever read in my life! It's also a bit like watching a train wreck... you know someone's going to be in pain at the end but you just can't take your eyes off it!!!
When I got up to page 19 last night before going to bed (the end at that time), then immediately jumped online this morning to read up to page 36 (the present end page), I knew I was addicted Somebody help me! I think I'm forming a car-addictive personality!  Even if it's vaguely car related I seem to be drawn to it!

similar to a thread a while back about a mechanic who took a customer's new SVT Cobra out for a 100mph "test drive" and bragged about it on a Mustang forum......that the customer was reading!!! needless to say the dealer tried to weasel out of it, but the guy ended up being fired after the entire internet rallied behind the Mustang owner.
