Could someone post a mini how-to...

On removing the intake resonator? I am not sure on what screws take off the fender wall. I know how to take off the actual resonator but getting to it seems to be difficult. Any comments are appreciated

I put mine backin last weekend.

Take off the under cover, remove all the plastic body pannel rivets you see that hold the bottom plastic cover under the fender, pull that bottom plastic part down, remove bolt that holds the bracket from the fender to the angle bracket, swing bracket out of the way, remove the angle bracket, remove the two nuts that hold the IR and then the one inside by the air filter and put it all back together except for the IR.

why did you put it back in, to much noise? Just wandering if i even want to do it to mine.

I really did not understand that it is just a noise silencer and I thought that it may help performance and gas mileage.

It does not help improve either one. At WOT it is louder and I'll say twice to 3x as loud. It was fun for awhile.
