I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.

Here's another good one:

http://www.dcblowback.com

Go to Media Gallery, Flash Games, and find "United We Dance." It's a much better version of Dancing Bush.

But we do know that Al Gore invented dancing, economy, war, etc.

The Pres

Hi Rob, From my view, a few years down the road, anybody that wants to run for the job of president of the USA is pretty close to a moron. If they are elected, they are in fact a moron. They then spend the next four years not doing the right thing, but trying to get re-elected. POWER is a most terrible drug. You never get enough once you get addicted. Take care, BOBB

BOBB,

Does the DC in 'Washinton, DC' still mean District of Columbia or has it been changed to Dick Cheyney ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kelli,

Dancing Bush was pretty good, but nothing compared to the song and dance he is going to do, to get re-elected.

I may as well put my political cards on the table.
I am a Goldwater Republican. I did not vote for Gore or G.W. Bush.
I was so disgusted with both of them that I threw my vote away on Ralph Nader. Many year's ago, I read Nader's book "Unsafe At Any Speed." It was dry and boring. much like Ralph.
If you have trouble sleeping I suggest that you read this book. It's a great cure for insomnia.

I think this country need's a president like Maggie Thatcher. Unfortunately, I see no one on our political scene with her qualities.

Bush dosnt "run" the economy, you do. Dont you know the aggregate demand is 2/3rds agreggate consumption(household purchases)? Goverment expenditures, Gross domestic investments, imports and exports, add up to less then 1/3rd of what you aer reffering to as our economy? Goverment expenditure increasures GDP, which in turns creates jobs. I tihnk whoever is president is gonna have to address the deficit, There is only one way to fix that and that is by taxes(since no one wants to change their lifestlye) and whoever is president will have to approach this. I just think it sucks that becuase of polotics(re-election) its gonna have to wait longer, and will be even more for us to pay back as a peopel.
Recessions are a natural part of the Economic cylce, there have been many and there will be many more. Consider the stock market an indicator(previews what will happen), Industrial production is a real time indicator, and higher uneployment a staggered effect, becuase it takes employers a longer amount of time to trust that the economy is out of recession to hire back employees and up production. I hate hearing ignorent jokes like that, sorry.
And our economoy is doing more then just fine.... Check out the Per capita GDP(gross domestic product per person) for the us since the 1930's on page one here

I dont think our nation needs a new president, it needs a united people who isnt so quick to turn on its leader, who at any rate, still hasnt affected the people that talk about him. WIthout Unity our economy, our nation, we are nothing.

Right on Phil. All the anti Bush people really just tick me off. It's like... they almost feel GOOD about the 9-11 attacks.

Hear me out.

They're pretty much anti anything american.

They feel the terrorists were neglected and that it's our fault that it happened.

They're pro everything not US related

They're almost CHEERING for the terrorists, but they won't exactly say that. They'll say everything BUT that.

But of course, instead of doing anything about the problems in the world, they want to drive around in their lexus SUVs and have some high paying government job.

Man.... if I had to be stuck in a room full of beer drinking republicans or a room full of quiche eating liberals, I'll take the beer drinkers any day of the week.
