Smokies

I'll make my reservations Friday. I do have to leave Sat night though. I promised to help a friend move on Sunday so it'll be a sleepless night for me! I'd prefer to stay stock as far as the radio goes. I did find a couple places in PA with 'em but $45 is a little steep. I was hoping to pull one this weekend at Harry's U Pull it (got me a 5 speed so I'll someday be the only FWD 5 speed XT6) but not a one! As for coming down. This is nothing. I'm going to Reno next year so long as the westerners can pull it off. Probably put 10k on the car for that trip. This one though is an XT all the way. I still need to tackle my T belt on the SVX so she sits 99.9% of the time.

Angry

I've just had the kibosh put on making the Smokies meet.

I've been drawn into a client meeting that weekend to a larger extent than first expected. I was expected to be there on Monday and Tuesday, NOW, I'll have to be there Sunday, also.

You guys have fun.

Glad you're going to make it down in the XT6, Ben, I'm trying to take both my SVX and the XT6 (Carol will drive the SVX, as she sayes the XT6 is "the uglyest car in the world").

I just came in from pulling the starter and driveshaft from the SVX (slowly pulling the tranny to install a better clutch and turn the flywheel) at the rate I'm going it might not be done in time for the meet

Randy, I hate that you're not going to be there, you're one of the ones I was counting on,....as I don't know what the heck I'm doing, about organizing a meet
Maybe you'll make it to the next one.

Anyone want to donate to the cluth fund

Smokies

I'm all reserved up! Ron how are you going down? If you're gonna cut across and pick up 81 maybe we could meet.

Bob, I'll no doubt jump on 81 at some point, but I'm not sure about my timing, as I MAY visit a friend in Roanoke on the way down.
I'll play it by ear & let you know what I'm up to when I figure it out myself. I'll PM you.

Ron (wine boxes make great spoilers).

Hope you make it down Crash, I don't know if they'll be t-shirts, as there wasn't a big response to the ideal, and I don't want to get stuck with a few hundred dollars worth of the same tee shirt We'll see...
