Climate Control - assembly getting stuck, and more

This morning on the way to work I couldn't get any air to come out of the front vents. At work I looked up the problem on the site and found what was happening. Later at home I noticed that there is a particular point where it seems to get stuck, so I added some lithium grease. The track design is curved, but still kinda squared off in places so it gets hung. Still seems to hang for a split second, but oh well at least it works now.

The other problem is that I noticed that by hitting the DEF button and watching the mechanism is that the servo will still try to move even when it gets to the end of the track. It's kind of like an oscillating back and forth movement at the end of the track, if you watch it closely. Is there an adjustment to get that to stop? It can't be good to have that going on while the defrost is running.

Also, what do the 41-45 codes mean in the CC diagnostics? I got the 13 code because it's dark out, and no others. I'm guessing they apply to fan speeds?

Thanks,
