corect rob,, forgot that part => wont even come close to a neon srt .
as for the z24 it would be close, they run 15.7 stock svx 15.5 thats a close math. also civic si runs 15.6

No, a neon R/T. Not SRT4. The Neon R/T. They run 15.5s on a good day. 150 hp, 2400 lbs = about the exact same power/weight ratio as the SVX.

the z24 cavy w/ a manual, is very very close to the svx in terms of all aspects
even the top end where the svx shines, i raced one on the way home from reading....he had exhaust and intake, he was a cool guy, he pulled up next to me, and asked what kind of car it was, i told him, he asked if it was fast, i said not rly, he asked if i wanted to race, i asked him what he had, he said intake exhaust... and we went it was dead even.
