If you want to stick with astronomy, how about naming him "Trani" from the cluster Phuch, the star that flares just before slipping below the horizon.
Glad to be of help.

Ron.

We have a ton of strays around my apartment. There is a little white cat that I call "whitey" or "white kitty" and a big grey cat I call "grey kitty" or "greybee"....You probably don't want my help naming your cat

Of course my own cats have real names like "Frosty" and "Pudgey".......

Does that mean you won't consider any of my favorites - Speedbump, Splat, and Thump-thump?

Still trying to get it over from Ireland. I would pick it up personally but that would mean having to stop off and visit the Mother-in-Law, and you wouldn't wish that on anyone.

For the record, we have 2 cats (Filo and Xena) and almost brought 2 more home from the shelter last week. I love my cats almost as much as I do my dogs (Rocky and Spark).

We live in a somewhat remote area where the biggest threat to the kitties is not cars, but coyotes, and I felt safe in indulging my sometimes macabre sense of humor.
