it is empty...don't know what i does tho

the arrow is pointing to the blue wire...you take it out, hold the black connector notch up(its down in the pic) then you stick the wire in the second one from the left, top row
then you put the ignition on "on" and it starts blinking!

If you turn the plug so you're looking straight at it, then you'll see.

The EGR I wouldn't worry about unless the code is persistent. That code could be left over from months ago. Clear the codes and see if it comes back. The way to clear the codes in the how-to guide I have never found to work. Unplugging the battery for ~10 minutes works really well though. Then drive the car around and check the codes again and see if it's still there.
