Please help with search function

As a new member I am reading the posts with quite a voracity. I also have a strong interest in learning to perform the routing maintenance such as oil changes, brakes, shocks and modifications like the tranny cooler. I have performed successful searches on the threads, but they result with multiple "hits" and I would really like to reduce the effort to read all of them to get the "meat" of my questions.

Is there a way to more easily find the detailed procedures that many of the members have documented? These are probably in the lockers but I have not figured out if searching them is easy or possible.
