1995 SVX AWD L Model, Upstate NY FS

I have a 1995 Subaru SVX AWD L model for sale. This car is dark green and has been well cared for. I have used Mobil One oil since I've owned it (~38k miles) and added an external transmission cooler. I have been using the top of the line Redline ATF and the transmission shifts nicely.

The car has a cloth interior and ~125k miles. It has the usual scratches and dings. The fuel lines feeding the tank in the rear of the car have rusted and the car is leaking gas. These lines need replacement. Also, the engine has an oil leak that needs repair.

The car still runs fine, but needs someone handy to bring it back into daily driving form. Asking $2,200. Please call 518-385-9066 or 518-584-4735.

Being you are new you should give more information about yourself and your car. Pictures should be posted. It's almost a guarantee no one will buy a car from anyone whose only post is to sell their car.

Just trying to give you a few tips to help you out. Sounds like a good deal!

Good Advice

Good advice. I will post pictures as soon as possible. I have owned the car since 1999 and it was under extended warranty until 2004. I also own a WRX that I'm trying to sell. I've gotten involved in converting diesel cars to run on waste vegetable oil and, therefore, are selling my gasoline cars. I also own a 1980 Mercedes 240D and a 1998 Jetta Tdi. Way too many cars!!!

Thanks,
Devin

Running Diesels on WVO

Believe it or not you can use waste vegetable oil as a fuel for almost any diesel vehicle. You need a separate heated tank to store the veggie and some plumbing to the injectors, but it is relatively simple. There are a number of companies that sell conversion kits, but I have my own design that I'm currently adding to my '98 TDI. You can fuel your car for next to nothing!!
