Quick question
How hard is to replace a cam belt? The one on my car is over 60k miles old (I know, that's the rotation time for them) and sometimes I think I can feel it slip (although, I think that's the tranny)

It's not going to slip. At most it may jump a tooth. The belt is actually good for 100,000 miles.
It can be changed by yourself but it's definately easier to install a new belt with 2 people. The thing to watch out for is compressing the tensioner.
