Lightbulb Fog Lights

The fog lights are H3's at 35 watts, if I remember correctly.

I'm not attempting to hijack, however along this topic does anyone have a shortcut/tip for replacing the foglamps? Either my hands are too big or I am missing something.

if I remember correctly, you have to turn the cover. The tab on top is a good place to slip your finger behind to pop the cover off once you have turned it.

Then remove the connector that attaches to the wire. (you'll see when you get it open)

Then there is like a spring clip that holds in the bulb that you squeeze off.

Be careful not to touch the bulb with your fingers. The oil in your skin isn't good for bulbs when they get hot.

If you're having a hard time with the clip that hold the bulb, try some needlenose pliers.

Fog light replacement is so annoying. Just remember to do it when the engine is cool otherwise the radiator will burn the **** out of your hand.

danke, got the highs and lows, but no H3's in stock so, they'll have to wait for another day.

So much is new now, new axle, highs, lows, ceramic pads, all sorts of junk, I might even get slotted rotors and some new rims, and probably a new oil change tomarrow.

I always just remove the whole headlight assembly when replacing the fog lamp bulbs. I guess my hands are too big, but I just couldnt do it when I tried it with the headlight mounted to the car.
