URGENT!! steering rack problem

hi, sorry for keep asking questions, but this one is really important now

ok i had similar post before, but did not knwo whats wrong for sure

ok the car got play in steering rack joint, the inner (ball ?) joint.

jack up the car, start turning the wheel , hear clicking from them.

failed WOF because of it

so questions:

1) can it be rebuilt? repaired without buying new one (again its not easy to find one here... )

2) how do i take the rack out, what do i need? guidelines? manual? or just any description by anyone who s done it

pls reply if u know, as i need to do it sat/sunday (dont wanna get $1000 fine for driving car without registration and wof [cant get registrantion coz i dont have wof ])

is the cv joint greese ok for the steering rack joint or what should i use?

(is tie rod american name for steering rack?)

ok seems like u gotta ignore what i wrote before, as i think i called things wrong :s

ok i better describe it then (english aint first language plus dont know english names for such things )

anyways

i got play in steering. there is a rod on right hand side, which turns the wheel, on ones side its got the ball joint and conected to wheel frame, on the other side its got the joint in the CV joint and connected to hell knows what so i got the play and knocking in that joint,

how to remove that rack, and repair the joint... if i take it out any leaks of PS fluid? dont wanna have it over my face
