Anyone else order something from Seraph recently and not get it?

Lwin (Seraph) had a few ebay auctions for headlights and clear corners a few weeks back and I bid and won one of the auctions. After waiting over a week after the auction ended and I paid, I got contact from Lwin that he was unable to send my headlights due to illness. I have never been so sick that I couldn't get to the post office in over 7 days, but maybe I'm special. This raised a red flag, but since he has been here longer than I have, I figured it was OK and my product would eventually come.

After a few more weeks and me sending emails that get no reply, I filed for a refund with paypal. To my surprise, the Paypal refund was approved by Lwin and I should be refunded my money (about $315). In the response to the Paypal refund there was this message:

I did send the item about a week and half ago (beginning of March). It
appears that 3 of my packages sent on the same day have disappeared
somewhere. Yours is one of them. If it shows up, let me know if not, here
is the refund.

I was wondering if of the 3 packages mentioned, any of them were for SVX parts and people here were affected? If so, I would like to know if anyone eventually got a refund because I was just informed that mine didn't clear Lwin's account.

I paid for insurance on the shipment of these items. Not to mention ridiculous shipping fees (seems to be an ebay epidemic). Now I don't have what I paid for and I don't have my money.

I was just with Lwin on Sunday. He did mention the lost packages and his frustrations with the post office.

I can assure you that he was severely sick (he didn't even return my calls or emails) during that week.

I would assume the NSF was an oversight and will be corrected shortly.

Thanks for the reassurance. Maybe I overreacted, but it's been over 5 weeks now without seeing anything and my refund just failed. I have been hit with “my grandmother died” twice on ebay before being screwed. I'm sure you can see my concern.

I sent 3 items after I recovered. 2 of them appreantly did not make it. One of them was a cell phone. She already got her refund and I got my money back from USPS. Yours is next. I do have one more clears I can send you like I said. They are now on my car. I also ordered 2 more from small car. I'd rather give you another sets since the ones on my car were not really prefect to my standard.

Here is still another Excellent example of why this site we belong to is just soooooooo cool! This misunderstanding would have went completely south otherwise.

I have made several purchases from members on here..no problems at all..very trustworthy people..I expect this situation will be resolved with no issues great community

We have had some problems in the past and that is why we have them listed on a sticky in this forum. This is an exception, not the rule.
