Well folks, one of the officers tried to call and got a wrong number.

We'll have to see how it goes. It is a big time for vacations and family business. Lets not assume the worst quite yet.

Yes, it's a bit early to go into worry mode. People he dealt with found him genuine, he's possibly on holidays.

We'll keep trying to contact him for the present.

No. Mine didn't have any, just empty shell honeycombs .

Hey Guys,
Sorry I have been away for so long without replying to your messages. I have been away on business for the last few weeks. I was out of the country, and my vorizon web doesn't work out of the states, so its hard to get on the net sometimes. Was also visiting some family for Thanksgiving, and didn't have much time for the computer.
For thous folks that have ordered a converter from me, and have not yet received them, I have sent them all today. Everyone should get them in the next few days. Again my deepest apologies

Dave, I just got your order today, so I need to pickup a wire harness and it will be on its way. Expect it early next week.

Looks like things are still progressing along quite well. Good job everyone.

Red face Errata

I have uncovered an error in some of my early work. The address for the Throttle Position Sensor should be 128C not 1285. Please ensure you update your SelectMonitor.ini file, otherwise you will be reading the wrong value.

If you have adjusted your TPS based on this wrong value, you should probably check it again.

I got my adaptor from Upnorth362 looks good so you should have a Oz ECu down load for your files soon as I figure it out.

I don't know. What I can say is that eprom programmers are notoriously fussy about what chips they will and won't program. You definitely need to check that the chip you want to program is supported. It's probably worth talking to Mike (UPnorth362) because he knows about this stuff.

The proper Subaru chip is called a 27C1028. They are obsolete and you may struggle to find a programmer that supports them.

As I see it, the best way forward is to use the board from scoobyecu.co.uk (assuming it's still available) with the chips and programmer that Calum recommended.
