SVX will not start

Hi every one. I have not been on here for a long time.

Ive just sold my old NZ new SVX for parts to another guy that has brought a low Km SVX.

We were hoping to get it running so we can move it and drive onto his trailer.
Ive tried to get it going but it refuses to start.
It appears to not be getting any power to the starter?
Any thoughts what it maybe?
Ive tried playing around moving the selector from park to neutral. Get nothing. The Dash lights up

Thanks

Wiggle the wires on the starter. On top of the tranny at the front on your passenger side (drivers side in Canada). You can just get your hand in there.

Are you sure the battery is fully charged?

Can you (with the car in park or neutral) jumper the starter relay directly to the + terminal of the battery? That will bypass any issues with a security system or the starter inhibit relay.

Battery is flat but using 2 super mini boosters jumper packs on it. One has enough juice to start a dead flat diesel Ford Ranger
I will try the wiggling of the wires on Saturday.

I will give that a try on Saturday
