if you want rods you need to order RIGHT NOW $585 including shipping
If you want pistons, complete with pins and rings you can expect to order tomorrow.

The cam, valves, springs set is a couple weeks away from my taking the orders.

hey mike... wanted to make sure you got the payment. i sent it last night... should be for the pistons and rods. Also I wanted to put this pic of the block up so you could get a better idea of the deck plates

What will the availability of the pistons, rods, valvetrain components, etc. down the line? I am in college now and cash does not flow very swiftly. I really love my SVX's and really hope that this summer ( I graduate next fall) and next spring when money will be more available that I can still get these components.

you will def. be able to get the pistons and rods. Pistons are going to be in production after the first run but they will cost more than they do now. You shouldn't have a problem convincing Eagle to make you a set of 6 rods. The cams and whatnot may not be, so if you can scrape together the money now, I would suggest setting them aside

Did you want rods too? If you get the payment for the rods in with the payment for the pistons tomorrow I can still get them.

there is no total cost yet

The only thing we have an exact price on yet is the rods $575 + $10 shipping
Tomorrow we will probably have an exact price on the pistons...we're expecting $970 but I'm not locking myself into that price until the distributor locks in their price with us.
We are still weeks away from having an exact price on the cam, valve, valvespring set price.

I will probably bite the bullet and hope that this summer works out the way I want it to (crosses fingers). Can I pay on a credit card? I never thought that I would do this, but heck you are only young once right?
