Legacy binding problem

Hey guys I think my 97 legacy wagon has developed a binding problem after my local mechanic changed the transmission oil and replaced an axle boot. I am going to have to take it back first thing next week. Car drives fine but I can feel a strong shuttering when making a tight turn. Do you think they screwed something up changing the transmission fluid (which seems full) or is it more likely that the problem occurred when they repaired the boot???
