Crank pulley being replaced in garage w/ no tools. What to bring?

Title says it.

Car needs crank pulley replaced, but there are very few tools on site. It's quite a trip to go get tools if needed. What should I need?

(what size is that crank bolt anyways?)

Breaker bar
Socket set
Pulley puller
Torque wrench (what is proper torque for crank bolt?
........

Any disassembly required? My sonata was a 15 minute piece of cake.

Re: Crank pulley being replaced in garage w/ no tools. What to bring?

I do not think you need a pulley puller for this car.
I replaced mine all I did was use a large screw driver on the back of the engine/trans there is a cover there that when removed the large screw driver can hold the flywheel.

Then just break loose the bolt and the pulley comes right off.
I do not recall the size though.

Four pound dead blow hammer,
1/2" rachet (longer than then the standard Craftsman 9.5" is better)
A 22mm socket.
Thats all the tools that you need.

Pffffft.... Guh.

Well. Dead blow wasn't working....so I tried to make a version of the Subaru tool. That all bent and twisted and broke...

So I took a 10 foot pole to the breaker bar, and did the starter bump trick. Most people use the floor....but the svx crank is so high up....(which is where the 10 foot pole comes in).......so I used the ceiling.....

All done.......

You need to eat more red meat!

I once tried the "starter method on a WRX,
breaker bar,
three foot pole,
my 215#s or so,
never again.
The "starter method" can kill you.
