On the way to work this morning my headlights were dimming on and off while driving and stopped. While stopped my revs were going up and down with them.. I'm pretty sure this problem is related to random driving hesitations too.

Use the same stuff used to clean the throttlebody.

I sprayed tb cleaner aaaalll over the tb, would that clean the iac? or do I have to take it off separate..
