brake dust question
My brake pads dont really cause that much brake dust. But i have tend to notice one thing though....the right front wheel gets extremley dirty while the other ones stay relitivley clean. This has been the same way since i bought the car....its also the wheel that got a new caliper when i got new pads in november of 04. hmmmm whats goin on?

Just for ****s and grins... do a hands free brake check when you get a chance...
In an OPEN parking lot, away from other traffic. Get to 20-30 and while going straight, remove your hands (keep them close by )from the wheel and smash the brakes. Does it pull to one side??

Maybe the left caliper is sticking and not making good contact like the other side. I tend to replace both sides at the same time, wether it's tires, brakes, calipers, or bearings.

While that's not a bad idea, it can get quite expensive depending on what the part is. I've taken the SVX calipers apart before and rebuilt them, and it's not that hard to do nor expensive, but it does require some patience.
