Well, It's quite complicated!

You see, you are already on the 4.11 list, so you can't be on both lists!! Those that have toasted 3.54 trans aren't on a list, so it makes since to include them on the 4.44 list.

Please reread the very, very very small print under rules for inclusion!
[I should be careful, or the 4.44 King may remove me from the list!]
