How did they get this speed?

While I was looking for a 92 SVX, I found this one...

look at the discription. How on earth did the stock SVX get 6.28s on 0/60?

That's easy: the same way Peppy got 900+ horsepower. They didn't!

this is the link that someone talked about and posted it at yhoo club site. i pointed it out and suspected that the 0-60's reading is a mistake. (i had the same feeling as you that how could an svx get 6.28 w/o any mods?) ......blah..blah..blah....and some dealers didn't even know what they sold... they put the ads like V6 3.3 240hp.. wrong!!

so from that ad, we're ended up bringing some info for - boxer engine & handmade's definition that someone gave me. no ability & interest to buy now - why should i bother about the 6.28 is true?

i had some loser the other day....

argue vehemently with me that the svx had a turbo available from the dealer!

i told this dumbass that there was never a turbo offered and that if he did see a turbo svx it was likely a prototype that never saw production.

How did they get this speed?

It's a Ms print.

Folding rear seats...

Sounds like they mean split folding rear seats. Did subaru really do this to the latest models? I only have a "folding rear seat." Maybe this is one of those added mods like the 0-60, 6.28sec. engine?

The rear seats were changed from one folder to two somewhere along the years. 94 rings a bell but not too loudly :P

My 93 has only 1 big seat

I haven't checked for awhile, but didn't the Owners Manual say something about Canadian models coming with a split rear (seat)?
My '95 is one-piece also.
