Re: Re: Does your car have a name?

Yes, a tsunami is a large wave. But it's not a tidal wave.

It's also the name of my daughter's Chesapeake Bay retriever, & figures in to my name at Yahoo.

Ron ( Only "girlie-mans" name their cars).

Yeah, I've not come up with a good name yet. But, I do refer to my car as "my honey." Something like: "I wanna take my honey out for a spin." Guess that works for the interim.

Mine is female, her name is "Penny", for obvious reasons. Actually, her full name is MoneyPenny, license plate MNYPNNY.

The pos Datsun 4x4 we had for awhile was "Squirrel" because we had to feed the squirrel to run the engine.

My Legacy was called "The Sub" sometimes.

I don't think either the Ranger GT or the Bronco have names, except coarse words at choice moments.

My SVX is named "Suki" as my SVX is clearly a "she" from Japan.

My Lancia Beta Coupe is named "Gina" as she is from Italy.

My Ford Aerostar is called several names:

"Wondervan"
"Family Sport Truckster"
"El Vano Diablo"

depending on how it's behaving.

My '96 hasn't really taken on a name.

I had a 69 Dodge Super Bee that came with a vanity plate "Judas"
............and lived up to the name on cold mornings.
