Lost a piece of engine.

Hi guys, i am in trouble

I am trying to reassemble my old engine to sell it, as i dont want to mess with all the rebuilding stuff. Just need to gather all the parts together again so the new owner will see its complete and pick it up.

Well, i am missing this part but the other side, this is LH, i need the RH one:

Anyone has it? Maybe a part # to look for it?

Thanks!

Re: Lost a piece of engine.

That is the front cam cap, and truly should match the head it came off of. Using one from another head can lead to issues with that particular cam journal. Just like when removing cam caps from a head, you must reinstall them the same way they came off.

Yeah, what Nate said.

You could get a cap off of another engine, but then you'd really need to have it line bored...
