Seen in Pittsburgh

So, whoever was driving their pearly SVX in Monroeville, Pittsburgh today, thanks! I saw you and yours is the first SVX I've seen on the road in a very long time. (Except for mine.) I live in Wyoming and am driving across the states for a bit. Nice to see that they live outside of these forums.

There are a lot of SVXs still roaming the streets in Pittsburgh. You should have see it 10 years ago! I'd see several every day. Last Friday I was in Pittsburgh and saw two SVXs parked at a transmission shop of all places.

It is most likley Chris S. my nephew.
Yesterday I had my Pearlie at Harbour Freight in Monroville, and then Jose & Tonys.

I've been on 1,500 mile trips, 1,200 mile trips, 800 nonstop in two days and I've only seen maybe two out of town, unless it was a prearanged meeting.

Re: Seen in Pittsburgh

I'm working at PennDOT this summer, and I drive about 50 miles to work each day then we drive around a state truck for 8 hours... still never see any. I think I'm too far south of Pittsburgh, but too far north of Cumberland. I'm right in between. Kind of like the crack in the middle of the couch that no one wants to sit on.

Well, if you came here today, (and most days) you could see eight SVXi.
Three Pearlies, one Claret, a 93, a Dark Teal, an Electric Blue, and a Silver Tri Tone when Di comes over.

Similar case here. On all my travels, I've seen one in Florida, one in Maryland, one in New Jersey, one back in Wisconsin where I lived and have seen one or two around here in Northwest PA since moving. To put it in perspective, I've done over 100k miles in the last 3 years on SVX related travels.

Re: Seen in Pittsburgh

I saw a pearlie and a claret last saturday here in town. There is a guy that drives an ebony at the hospital and it is his daily driver. That is about all for me. Sometimes a pearlie shows up at my house but that hasn't been for a few months.

Re: Seen in Pittsburgh

I drove a service truck 100 miles a day, only saw 3 SVX in 2 years of driving , that's about 52,000 miles.
