Re: Rear End Thump Noise
Thanks for the input on that, i will let the mechanic know about that fuse. He has an svx himself and knows the car quite well. Unfortunatley most of the technical stuff is absolute greek to me. Where is the ecu located, and do i need a lift to get to some of these parts. Im a buffalonian and we have a TON of snow which makes outdoor work not so easy. I really appreciate all the help tho, this really is a nice community!!

Re: Rear End Thump Noise
Hi,
I'm not sure about you fellah's cars but over here in New Zealand it is down by the drivers feet, that is to say, the right hand side of the car as seen from the drivers seat, and down inside the kick panel. It should be easy to get at and take out and replace if you drove down to the scrappers with the kick panel already pulled out. |

Re: Rear End Thump Noise
The USDM cars ECU is located under the steering wheel. Just out your head under the wheel and look up.

Re: Rear End Thump Noise
Ok, if it's there then take a few screws out and take off the plastic cover that goes under the steering colum and then the looking will be easy. Getting it out will be a little harder than the kick panel job but not too bad still.
