Thermostat.....

So I noticed my temp. gauge went a little high without the fan ever coming on......So I think bad coolant fan switch, tested good....Then I think fans, they tested good....Then water pump, because the bottom of the radiator was cold.....Before I check it out I said might as well change out the thermostat, woooosh, all kinds of cool water comes out....Therm. never opened up....Hot in the motor and cool in the bottom of the rad....It had a factory style therm. in it....Changed it all out, tested and fan comes on just about halfway on the gauge,A/C fan comes on when the switch is on....
Thanks to the Search part of this site for all the help....
Paul....
