Is it FWD or AWD?

I did some searching but didn't find an answer right away... so is it possible for a 1996 "L" model to be FWD? What years were FWD SVX's made?

FWD was offered on 94 and 95 model years only

Just to add to that. Starting in 1996 Subaru began its all wheel drive standard campaign and did away with all FWD models
