Purge Canister; bottom hose?

Where does the hose from the BOTTOM of the purge cannister go to? It is about 18" long and has a plastic connector on the end.

If I remember right correctly, it goes into the fender well. The plastic connector fits in a hole.

The 92 and and possibly the 93's have a short hose that plugs into the frame rail, just below the canister. The 94 und up have a longer hose that also plugs into a hole into the frame rail back further.

thanks guys

I found the grommet and it is a perfect fit. (that's what she said!)

I guess if fuel vapors purge out from the chassis and fenders nobody will notice??

I am not sure but it might be an air intake hose. Is there a check valve on the top hose closest to the abs?
