blower motor replacement

does the whole dash have to come out or is it accessible by removing the glove box door.
does anyone have a good write up and possibly pictures on how to do this successfully?

there are no instructions there on replacing the blower motor.

Sorry, I had thought that it had and was in a rush so quick posted the link.
The blower motor is just behind the glove box, no need to tear out the entire dash.
