Everything you need to know is in this thread:

If you want a proper pin to put in the connector you can steal one from the 20-pin manufacturing diagnostic connector in the footwell. That plug is never used once the car leaves the factory.

Thanks b3lha. very good info. Now I feel ready to do it.
If its not too much ask, can you please tell me how to recognize the 20 pin manufacturing diagnostic connector? may be a picture...
IŽll document my installation and public it at the end.
Thanks

In the kick panel where the diagnostic plugs are. A big black twenty pin connector. You'll recognise it because it's not plugged into anything. It's usually stuffed through the hole out of sight. You'll see what I mean when you look for it.

To remove a pin, unclip the flap on the back. Then sticking a needle in from the front and lift the plastic catch while pulling the wire from the back. Once it's out, snip the wire off an inch or two from the pin and join it to the wire from your power mode switch. The pin will click perfectly into the TCU plug, but be sure to put it the right way up.
