Weatherstripping Waves?

O K I searched, the top weather stripping along the windsheild where the roof meets the glass has gotten all wavy like it has expanded or something. 92 pearl was fine last fall, been under cover on and off for the winter, been driven once a month, now this pops up, whats up with that, anyone else sharing this aggravation, its not very attractive
