Air Conditioning not working now

Ok, when I bought my SVX, I noticed the air conditioning wouldn't get cold, and I told the dealer to fix it, which they did, but as I figured, whatever they did doesn't work, and now I am stuck with it blowing hot air again. I know there is freon in the system, the compressor gets nice and chilly when I turn it on, but it feels like the heat doesn't turn off and it blows out hot air in the car. The dealer told me it was a relay, and he replaced it, but I don't trust this guy farther than I could throw his fat butt, so please, does anyone have any idea what could be causing the air to come out warm, and not nice and chilly? Let me know if you have any ideas, and what I can do to fix it.
