Getting the SVX seen

Someone recently posted an item about getting SVXs seen in prestegious areas if we wanted to increase their value. Today, as a volunteer for the Petersen Automotive Museum, I worked an event for our highest level members, the Checkered Flag 200. These people pay $1200 per year for the privilege of going to interesting locations, having driving events, and otherwise flaunting the fact that they own multiple Ferraris, Porsches, Lambos, etc, as well as real classics from the 50s or earlier. So I took the SVX, and parked it on the grass along with all their exotics. But I had to get one picture. One of the members had taken delivery yesterday of the first Nissan GTR in California, and of course, he brought it. When we put the two cars together for the shot, he said, "When your car was new, it was the king, just like mine is today."
About half the people there knew what the SVX was.
Just another piece of exposure to pump up the value.
Paul
PS - I think the SVX is vastly better looking than the GTR. It may be faster, but it's not prettier.

Re: Getting the SVX seen

These are beautiful, as is your museum. I highly suggest anyone in the area stop by if they are at all interested in cars.
