lsd additive for wheels binding- didn't work

I've got a 92 with 85000 miles. I recently started getting the wheel binding. I read all the posts I can find and added 2 oz of the LSD fluid from Napa (Lube Gard highly friction modified transmission fluid supplement). This is the stuff that is mineral oil (actually some sort of veggy oil version of whale oil - according to the label). Anyway - the binding still happens.

I've put in the fwd fuse and the binding stops - so I've been driving it a little bit this way to avoid the binding. I've run all the codes and all come up normal.

Anyone else try the lsd stuff with poor results? Anyone try adding more then 2 oz? It says 1 oz per liter. Don't svx have 5 liters of aft, plus trans cooler? Should I try an addtl 3 oz?

Anyone recommend a different product?

Thanks for the help. I'd much rather try the LSD stuff now, and save some cash to rebuild C solenoid, transfer valve, and transfer clutch pack later.

Thanks

There's a total of 10L of ATF flowing through a stock SVX transmission.

Sounds like your solinoid "C" is toast....it can be replaced without dropping the tranny.

Mechanically toast? He wasn't getting a code though...

I added a little more fluid than what was needed....Rarely do I get the binds as bad as b4....I don't have the money to replace my C either.

well it could be a worn clutch basket too, which wouldn't throw a code....
