Flooding out???

Here is the problem description: My car feels like it's stumbling all over itself if I give it more than 1/4 throttle. When this starts up, I can come completely off of the throttle and gently get back on it and sometimes it goes away. I've replaced the oxygen sensors (both banks), cleaned the MAF, changed the CTS, and given it new plugs. Bosh platinum +4's, and a new K&N air filter. Oh yeah, replaced the fuel filter. Anything else that I've missed???? Does anybody have a spare set of coils laying around ??

You know, I had issues with the bosch plugs on cold start-ups. They don't work well until the engine is hot. This is also because the EG33 should be using NGK iridiums. But this probably isn't the cause of your issue. Does it do this all the time or only when the engine is cold??

This happens all the time. No engine codes. well, except for the torque code. but what can you do? lol 5mt. I bought a new set of regular ngk's this morning and put them in. It's still stumbling all over itself.

I'll go outside and undo that jumper now. but i'm still killing myself trying to find out why i'm stumbling all over myself. this just started a few weeks back, and has gotten progressively worse. do you mind pm'ing me with your number so I can pick at your head? I just checked. I had 4 codes stored in the ecu. 23 / 33 / 37 / 38 so I just cleared out the computer. I'll drive it around for a little bit today and recheck.

O.K., here's what's going on. I cleared the codes out a couple of hours ago. Drove the car around for about 45 min. I still have 23 / 33 / 37 / 38 ??? Am I not clearing the codes out the right way? ----------------

1 2

Put the pin in 2 to check the ecm. Place both pins in 1 and 2 and start the car to clear the ecm???? If not, please explain and I'll do it. In reference to http://www.subaru-svx.net/photos/files/How-To/33055.pdf I've done everything right, but I still keep the same codes, and the check engine light does NOT come on while driving. Only during diagnostics mode.
