Thumbs up Look wht I got as my new BABY !!!

Hi,
Yeh, yesterday I got this new baby and will be a friend of my SVX from now onwards . I drove this from San Diego and its really fun to drive this wonderful piece of machine. No over heating. no vibrations, solid brakes even at 120mph. Good handling, yeh not as great as ours, but far good enough compared to other FWDs. Smooth engine note, good gas mileage. Every option works great except the sunroof and cruise control, which seems to be a common problem on alfas. It needs some good detailing (interior/exterior) and also some repair on oxidised paint.
Here are some pics -

Will upload more pics once I get it cleaned.

Lemme know what you think of this .

-Pavan

Yeh, i am soo happy that I got this good one after a long time hard search (same way as I looked for my SVX at that time). Car is mechanically great (atleast for now ), the previous owner is a mechanic (with 15 years of experience on ARs, FEs, Fs) and is a very nice guy. Hope everything goes smooth with this new baby.

Whenever I come up behind one of those alfas, I can't help but notice how similar the tail lights are to the SVX.

Looks very nice. Good find.

Hmm, I paid $2600 and this page is having full tech details. Not great as ours, but good enough for that type of luxury car and altogether it's an Alfa Romeo engineering, so there wont be any preformance backlashes that can be expceted .

Great car Pav. Congrats on the purchase, but remember, you bought the AR to be able to fix your SVX. So don't go spend $$$ on this AR. Just drive it and stick to basic maintenance.
