True...... I should restate. Be nice FIRST...... then if they dont budge...... start ripping your hair out screaming and wetting yourself. I can personally attest this has worked at least once

Good thing about working in a small shop, we don't have many policies set in stone, though we do have a sign on the wall that goes something like "If you are nasty, whiny or just plain rude there will be a $10 surcharge for having to put up with you."
