I picked up my 94 Pearlie

Washed and waxed part of the new one.

Washed a couple of the others

Put Rainx on the windows of several cars.

Checked and put air in some of the cars.

I saw my SVX once this week

Hmmm...Pulled my spoiler off and started sanding to prep for new paint. (I figured out why our spoilers are so prone to paint chips on the front edge). Pulled off my wheel center caps to fill and repaint them.

Next week: Buy new rear bearings and get to work on that, put away money for remanufactured calipers and svxfiles RaceConcepts brake kit.

Finished repainting the hood on my Ebony, still needs clear coat tho.
Did the tail light reseal.
Installed new door speakers (Kenwood). Changed escaine panel and switch panel on the drivers door. You cant believe how much nasty stuff gets trapped down inside of the panels after15yrs
Pissed and moaned about the crappy job the tint guy did and fixed the back of the headliner he ripped loose and glued the backwindow antenna back on

Tomorrow....new wheels and tires!

1. installed HID's in low beams
2. found my battery was dead and low on water
3. pulled steering wheel
4. decided it was a good time to pull insturment cluster to replace a bulb since the wheel was out of the way
5. decided to put in white face guage things
5.1. changed my mind on the white face idea
5.2. put the cluster back in
6. soldered in z32 maf plug
7. wondered why I was trying to buy parts from a place who employed a manager that didn't know the difference between high pressure fuel hose and regular fuel hose, but liked the fact that he was willing to beat another parts places price by 25% on anything he sold
8. forgot to pick up hose clamps again...

Spent most of sat and today working on getting a data logging program to work with the svx. Required me to drive it some Almost there!

Lemme see...last Saturday I had the '94 L fwd shell towed to the scrap yard so I'm down to two SVXen. I then spent time during the week tearing the drivetrain off the front subframe. Almost have everything squirrled away for the winter.

Last Sunday I autocrossed the '95 L AWD after washing her on Saturday.

A little bit of driving...but mostly I looked at it in the driveway.

I had to use one of the larger vehicles this week.

Got an exhaust quote
Adjusted my TPS
Put air in my dangerously low tires
Got and installed my new-used leather seats and misc interior
Took out my subs
Noticed an annoying buzz from my exhaust after 2500rpms
Changed the battery terminals
Cleaned the interior
Washed cat-prints off it
Took the dash apart and put it back together multiple times trying to find the FCC ID for my alarm
Drove it about 2miles
