Rear diff oil leak

Rear diff oil leak

My rear diff is leaking a little oil, not bad, but I want to fix it before a 100 gasket problem becomes a 1000 dollar diff problem. Anywho, has anyone changed them and know how long it takes and if I have to drop the exhaust to get to it. I will be replacing the housing gasket and the seals where the axels meet the diff (not sure whats leaking but I figure those should stop it). Any advice for this day job?
