check engine codes

This past weekend i did something about the check engine codes on my car
i had knock sensor 22 and egr 34. I changed the egr solenoid. I started the car and the codes went away. I also cleared the codes with the wire and plug.
I have been driving the car all week and no more check engine light at all pops up. So this morning I started the car, the cel light came on for two seconds and went off. So when i got to work I checked the codes to see what was up with it flashing on and off. I got the same codes i had before, 22 and 34, but also i had code 31 tps solenoid. I know I will probably have to do something about the tps. but my question is if the check engine light hasnt been on and i cleared the codes too why hasnt the check engine light come back on for 22 and 34 and what is my next step for that. Do I pull the ecu fuse and let it sit for a while.
